GENERAL THEMES/IDEAS:

yennefer did not have any direct/specific hand in the fall of thorne, but my god. she was absolutely there and tbh probably has entire textbooks of rumors of things she Might Have Done. I mean, for someone whose main power is going to be shapeshifting/adaptation, how would anyone be able to know what was her and what wasn't her???

yen's godform is going to be something a bit amorphis, mostly because when she reaches a certain point in her abilities, she is going to be constantly changing and rearranging and appearing differently depending on the people she is around and who she is with. it has less to do with the fact she doesn't have her Own Image, but more that what Yennefer Looks Like will be slightly more personalized and different depending on where and with who she is with. it will involve her own appearance, but also the aspects of things around her. there was a point where her horizon was a constant shifting of different images of the Continent, and that is going to be a lot of Yennefer too - her image, while she is in front of you - will constantly change, constantly be a little different - and it'll be a bit unsettling for a lot of people.

she is a Herald of Rebirth, so I think after a certain point Yennefer is really going to be spending a lot of her time in the Horizon - shifting and changing and adapting her own domain, but also everyone else's domain that she touches.

CR SITUATIONS TO JUMP IN ON / BONDS

there will be a point where yennefer, thancred, and stephen do something A Little Silly when it comes to calling forth a god, and it may or may not forever entertwine their lives, their powers, their something. who knows what the details are yet! but their stories have definitely become one in the same, and now the three of them are seen as a kind of triad. one herald, one guardian, one patron.

yennefer and wanda will be also extremely intertwined, as sisters, as similar images of the same abilities, as the fact they seem to be the same sense of constant alteration and change but in different shades of colors. they do not have the same abilities, but the stories of the two of them are sometimes mixed up, and at other times the two of them are seen as dual goddesses.

over the course of centuries, yennefer will have created as many bonds as she might have broken. who has she slept with, who has she had massive fights with, let's PLOT

she and istredd, in thorne and even after the fall of it, are inherently and always tied. they are two heralds, two bringers of information and change, and that won't change.
